WARM LAKE LODGE RESORT POLICIES
At Warm Lake Lodge Resort & the Banshee Irish Pub, we value each guest reservation and appreciate your interest in staying with us. Kindly review our availability and reserve your cabin today!
Payment & Cancellations
- A 25% non-refundable deposit will be due at the time of booking.
- There is a minimum 2-night stay for weekends and holidays (except in the winter).
- If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, the following will apply: No cancellation fee will be applied for cancellations submitted at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.
- Cancellations submitted more than 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival are subject to a 20% cancellation fee on the outstanding balance.
- Cancellations made 7 days prior, and fewer, to your arrival will be charged a 1-night stay per cabin, per campsite.
- We ask you to take responsibility for your reservation with us. All cancellations must be made by speaking to one of our staff by telephone. A telephone message will not be permissible for cancellations. Cancellations by email must be confirmed by an email response. Extenuating circumstances will be taken into account but cannot be guaranteed.
Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: 3 pm – 8:00 pm. If you arrive outside check-in hours, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate you. (winter Hours may differ)
- Check-out: 11:00 am. Late check-outs are subject to either a half-day fee or a full night's charge, based on departure time.
General Policies
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 8 am
- Linens and towels are provided (except in winter). Daily maid services are not provided during your stay with us.
- The Shower Room is for cabin and campsite guests only; public showers are not available as facilities are reserved for overnight guests and due to Warm Lake water district limitations.
- All motorized vehicles must observe a 5-mph speed limit at the Resort for safety. This family-friendly area often has children present. Multiple violations will result in removal without refund. Drive responsibly.
- Cooking is only allowed inside cabins with kitchen facilities, or in the charcoal grill provided outside.
- Campfires are permitted only in approved fire ring pits when fire restrictions are not in effect. Please be responsible.
- There are no televisions, telephones, or cell service in the rental cabins and campgrounds, only at the Lodge.
- No smoking inside any cabin or lodge. Guests will be subject to a minimum $250.00 cleaning fee for violation of this policy.
- There is no lifeguard on duty. For safety, children should always be supervised by an adult when near the lake.
- Anyone renting water-related equipment must always wear a life jacket.
- Each cabin has a guest occupancy, via Idaho Fire Codes. Exceeding these limits will result in a higher rate or some of the occupants asked to leave.
- Guests that do any significant damage to the cabin/property or take anything from the cabin/property that is not theirs, will be charged accordingly for replacements and/or repairs.
- Personal belongings left on the premises will be retained for 30 days. After this period, any unclaimed items may be donated or discarded. Perishable goods will be disposed of immediately. The resort assumes no responsibility for items that are lost or stolen.
- Campers and tents are permitted exclusively within the designated campground area. 5th wheel trailers are prohibited because their length exceeds our space limits. The camp sites are dry (without any hookups). Portaloo's and garbage bins are provided for your convenience.
- Loitering is prohibited; you may be asked to leave. At the Banshee Irish Pub, please do not overstay your welcome, observe closing times, be courteous, and comply promptly if asked to leave. Failure to do so could lead to involvement by law enforcement.
- We reserve the right to deny service to anyone who is hostile, aggressive, combative, or intoxicated. Please treat others politely and with respect.
Pet Policy
Cabin & Campground Guests:
A non-refundable pet fee of $25.00 or $50.00 per night (per pet) applies, depending on the cabin and free in the campgrounds.
Pets must be supervised at all times, not left alone, and put in a kennel overnight.
Violating the pet policy incurs an additional $50.00 fine per night, per pet; further fines for damages are assessed individually.
Always leash your pets and clean up after them.
Inform the staff at check-in about your pets for appropriate charges.
