Thursday 11am - 8pm

Friday & Saturday 11am - 9pm

Sunday 11am - 5pm

The kitchen is open during those times but closes one hour before the lodge closes.

Our hours at the Pub are subject to change due to holidays &/or events.

No Gate Being Put on Warm Lake Summit

Warm Lake Summit Recreational Access | Winter 2025-2026

Perpetua Resources, in collaboration with Valley County, Valley County Snowmobile Advisory Council, West Central Uphill Alliance, Idaho Recreation Council, Valley County Sheriff, and Cascade Fire & EMS, is sharing the following update regarding access on Warm Lake Summit (2nd summit on Warm Lake Rd.) for the 2025-2026 winter season:

• Road Access: Road east of Warm Lake to Landmark – approximately three miles east of the intersection of Warm Lake Road and South Fork Road – is now open to wheeled vehicles. When snow is present, the road will be plowed to a 3-4 inch snow floor, with aggregate applied as needed.

• Safety: Four-wheel drive and chains on cars, trucks, and trailers are strongly recommended. The road up and over the summit is steep and can be hazardous in winter. Travel at your own risk. Please share the road and pull over safely for plowing and maintenance equipment.

• Traffic and Operations: Starting January 16, Perpetua Resources vehicle traffic will include:

o Heavy-duty trucks Monday through Thursday

o Light-duty truck traffic Friday through Sunday

• Parking and Recreation Access: Parking will be available at Landmark. Additional roadside pullouts near the summit are available for back-country skiers where conditions allow.

• Avalanche Safety and Closures: Perpetua Resources conducts avalanche forecasting to support its operations. During periods of elevated avalanche hazard, the road east of Warm Lake to Landmark will be closed to wheeled vehicles. Snowmobiles and foot traffic will not be affected during these closures.

Conditions are subject to change at any time and closures may be enacted without prior notification.

Winter Operations

We will be continuing the long-standing Warm Lake tradition by remaining open throughout the winter season. Please be aware that the lake’s water supply will be turned off during this time, meaning that the cabins will not have running water. To ensure sanitation, each cabin will be provided with a 7-gallon jug of water for toilet use.

Guests are encouraged to bring their own linens and pillows, as we do not offer on-site cleaning services for these items. Additionally, it is recommended to bring bottled water for brushing teeth. For convenience, sleeping bags and pillows are available for purchase in our market, along with bottled water, other beverages, and snacks.

Cabins 1 through 4 will be open during the winter months. Each of these cabins is furnished with a microwave, and mini fridge. Cabin 5 will also be available, featuring a second floor with six beds, three couches, a refrigerator, and a stove range with oven. There are no plates, silverware or cookware, so please bring your own as we have no way of cleaning these items. All with electric heating for guest comfort.

Be advised that our operating hours and available dates are subject to change in observance of holidays and special events. During the winter season, “To-Go” bagged and boxed meals are offered for breakfast, lunch, and dinner to accommodate our guests.
