Non-Refundable reservation deposit of first night's fee is required. Reservation is not confirmed until deposit is received. Reservation deposit automatically confirms, guarantees, and protects your reservation from availability to any other clientele. Cancellation policy is automatically in effect to partially reimburse Warm Lake Lodge and Resort for time and potential monetary loss. As we cannot control the weather conditions, we are not liable for adverse weather that may cause you to leave early. Therefore, any early checkouts due to weather conditions will still require you to pay for the entire reservation.
